ANTARCTICA DAY

Abbey Park School has made it to Antarctica (for a second year)!

We chose 4 overall winners which made up an Abbey Park School flag which would represent Antarctica. It is with great delight to inform you that our flag has successfully made it to Antarctica and has been photographed with researcher Derren Fox at Signy Research Station in front of a Chinstrap Penguin colony.

A huge congratulations once again to Nika M, Natalia S, Edan D and Skyla B for their winning entries which has enabled us to make it across to Antarctica and have the wonderful unique opportunity to be photographed in front these delightful penguins. Following the success of the past two years, we hope to run this competition again in October 2025.
