Mr Maddern and I had the privilege of taking an amazing group of Y10 and Y11 students to watch the All England Badminton. The All England Badminton Tournament is the most prestigious tournament in the world and students got to witness the top players in the world compete in singles, doubles and mixed doubles. There were a variety of activities around the Utilita Areana Birmingham for the students to participate in such as virtual reality games and reaction testing equipment.

 

The students were pleasantly surprised by this experience and said it was not what they had expected being much better than they had thought.
